The Estate

A Single Hillside,
Tended by Hand

Great coffee is not manufactured. It is grown, watched, and waited for.

High on a mist-wrapped slope, a few dozen heirloom trees are cared for the way a vintner tends a grand cru vineyard — bush by bush, cherry by cherry. Nothing is mechanised. Nothing is rushed.

Each cherry is picked only at the precise moment of ripeness, then processed within hours to protect the delicate sugars inside. It is slow, deliberate, and unrepeatable — which is exactly why so little exists.

— The AURUM Estate
From Bean to Cup

Six Stages, Entirely by Hand

Every kilogram passes through six meticulous stages — the same journey captured in the film above. No shortcuts, no machinery, no second batch.

Harvest
01 — Harvest

The Harvest

Only the reddest cherries are hand-selected at peak ripeness, one at a time.

Drying
02 — Drying

Sun Drying

Spread on raised beds, the cherries dry slowly under the equatorial sun.

Roasting
03 — Roast

The Roast

Small batches are roasted by hand until the beans reach their aromatic peak.

Grinding
04 — Grind

The Grind

Ground to order, moments before brewing, to preserve every volatile note.

Brewing
05 — Brew

The Brew

A slow, patient pour draws out the aromas locked inside each bean.

The cup
06 — Cup

Your Cup

The final expression — a cup that exists in a quantity almost no one will taste.

The Cup

A Flavour
Worth the Wait

Bright yet velvety, with a finish that lingers long after the last sip. A profile impossible to mass-produce.
